G.O.O.D discussed upon the name for this film, because it was queried because people thought it sounded weak, and it wasn't a very tough name. The title the Pelican Hunter, was agreed upon by the group itself, because it had key relevance to the film. The enemy, Petrov Kane, is known as the Pelican in the film, because it is a military secrecy so the identity of the target isn't obvious to normal citezens. Pelican is the army alphabet name for the letter P. this was chosen because Petrtov Kanes name begins with P. This is how it came about. After discussion it has been decided upon that this is the name will be used, because it is very different also it does have a strong feature to it, and it obviously clarifys what the film is about.
